It's Giveaway Time!

It's Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day! If you haven't been here before, welcome! I'm M-R (stands for Michèle-Renée) and I've been quilting for about 15 years. I live in Ottawa, Canada with the hubster and three boys (8, 6, and 3). I'm currently on leave from my job to be home with the kids. I love trying new things in quilting -- modern, arty, even a little traditional here and there. Here are some of my finishes over the last couple of years:


Alright, let's get on with the giveaway, shall we? I'm about to start a project with this fabric palette so I thought I'd share a fat quarter bundle of it with one of you:


How can you win? This giveaway is open to everyone and all you have to do is leave a comment with your favourite colour combo. Followers or new followers get a bonus entry -- just leave me a comment letting me know how you follow along.

This giveaway will be open until May 10th at 5 p.m. PST, at which point I will pick a winner via random number generator. No reply bloggers, please leave an email address so I can contact you otherwise I'll have to choose someone else. Hint: If you've commented on my blog before (except for giveaways) and not received a response, you are a no reply blogger.

I probably won't be able to respond to all the comments, but I'm certainly looking forward to reading them. Thanks for entering and good luck!

    I love randomness! I don't fuss if other people don't think some colours go together, I just do what i like (brons with blue, pink with orange, etc)

    I love to combine prints and solids, in every quilt I found I have at least one solid:-) I like to have contrast in quilt. I do not have favourite pallette, but in nearly all my own quilts I used solid brown... And I am a follower:-) Nice blog.

    Hello from a Canadian on the other side of the country! I like the variety of fabrics and patterns in your quilts. Very nice.

    I don't seem to have a favourite colour palette. The only thing thats added to my stash on a regular basis seems to be Halloween. And don't think that means the colour palette is orange, purple, green and black because I've managed to slip red, blue and hot pink designs in there. :)

    Oh those are pretty! My favorite combo at the moment is lime green, bright yellow and magenta, but I think it's time to move on before my whole house is covered in it ;)
