Good Karma Comes in the Mail

TGIF everyone! It's not a TGIFF! for me this week, but it is over at Missy Mac Creations if you've got a finish you'd like to celebrate. I'll be hosting next week so I'm working away on what I'll be sharing then.

I recently won a giveaway from Carrie at Suchity Such Designs. Have you seen her designs? They are beautiful! I was the lucky winner of her Good Karma yoga mat/wallhanging/tablerunner.

How fun is this? Thanks very much, Carrie! I'm thinking that I'd like to make a wallhanging for Spring. I know it may seem a little early to think about Spring, but two of our three top Canadian groundhogs predicted an early Spring yesterday and I trust their forecasting abilities. ;)

I've promised myself that I can start this project when I finish two more projects from my crazy WIP list. That didn't stop me from picking out some fabric though...

I'll be using the paint splatter fabric along with white for the background. Think the colours will work? I'm wondering if the mottled blue is too dark.

In the interest of practicing good Karma too, I'll be participating in the fun Fugly Fabric Party next week, being hosted by my bloggy friend, Lucy @ Charm About You. I'm not sure exactly what I'll be giving away yet, but I have plenty of Fugly to choose from. :)

Hope you are having a great Friday!
