Happy Thanksgiving!

It's Thanksgiving here in Canada and it's one of my favourite holidays. We celebrated our Thanksgiving dinner last night with some of our family so we're in a tryptophan haze around here today.

For those who are new to the blog, this a wallhanging that I finished a couple of years ago in honour of the fall season. It's called Charlotte's in the Pumpkin Patch because I free motion quilted little spiderwebs and a few spiders, as well as pumpkin vines all over the background. This is one of my first original designs -- still pretty happy with the results!

Happy Gobble-Gobble Day to my fellow Canadians and a Happy Monday to everyone else!

Oh and as a little tease, I'll be hosting a giveaway tomorrow...a beautiful bundle of fat quarters from Mad About Patchwork!

  1. turkey's in the oven, pumpkin pie and apple pie are on the counter, house smells wonderful and family due later today. What's not to like about this holiday?

  2. Great wall hanging is a great weekend here much fun when the family all get together....I love the sounds of the grandsons running around giggling and chasing each other.

  3. Very nice and Happy Thanksgiving to you!

  4. Lovely wall hanging:) Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!!!!
