Works in Progress Wednesday - January 11, 2012

The kids are back at school! Woo hoo! Actually, we had a great break, but I could tell it was time to get back to a routine -- for them and for me. I've been taking full advantage of the return to school too. :)

Completed Projects: None, but I'm aiming to have Clockwork Orange done for TGIFF! this week when I host.

New Projects:
Colour My World Challenge - On Sunday, I shared some information about how I was going to challenge myself this year by learning about a colour a month and doing a small piece using that colour. It seemed to strike a chord with some folks so I've shared more information yesterday for those who would like to play along.

Current Projects:
Clockwork Orange - This is my finish for this week's TGIFF! The quilting is just about done and the binding is almost done as well. Will it be ready by Thursday night? The pressure is on! ;)

Modern Block Monday Sampler - Finished the second block and still LOVING it! The block is It's a Stretch by Angela Pingel of Cut to Pieces.

Tangled Garden - Pulled out my Tangled Garden from the On Hold pile as my Quilting is Murder goal.

Stained Glass Lillies - Some progress, but nothing interesting to show.
Micah's Growth Chart - I've been staring at it periodically, trying to figure out how I'm going to quilt it. Does that count for progress? Once Clockwork Orange is done, this baby's next.

On Hold:
Just Me and My Peeps - No progress - into the On Hold pile
Happy Villages
Red and Tan Amish Wedding Ring

UFOs that may one day get finished, but really who knows?
Spiral/Spring seta colour
Chop Suey
Wedding quilt
Linus quilt
Nine patch colourwash

  5. love your tangled garden! but I don't dare to make a list of anything to do with quilting, be it a list of done, to do or even a fabric list -- way to much to read! or contemplate!
