If you are concerned about spam, don't be. I removed it from my site a few months ago and have had only two Spam comments since, both of which were caught by the Spam filter and were never published on my site. You can always add it back on if you do find you have spam problems, but I doubt you'll need to. Lucy from Charm About You has a more passionate plea than mine, but I'm with her. {Getting down from soapbox}
Anyhoo, not a lot of progress this week, which is probably some of the reason why I'm a little cranky today. Between visitors (yay!), Family Day (yay!), my back (boo!), and getting ready for a little getaway (hell yay!), there's not been a lot of quilting time. There has been a lot of

Have a great Wednesday everyone!
Firstly, that asterisk block is WOW. And I do have a love for I spy too. I don't think I will ever tire of them. Happy quilting! Riel
ReplyDeleteLove that tulip! Can't wait to see it finished. I have no idea if my word verification is on so let me know if it is! I have been frustrated on some sights where they have it because I can't read them half the time!
ReplyDeleteI agree. I haven't had the verification process for a couple of years and see no need to get one. I'm getting better at deciphering the new ones but too much hassle and I give up. That said, keep the tulip coming!
ReplyDeleteYour work is facinating to see how you develop an idea, love the tulip and am amazed at the asterick. So totally agree about the verification for comments -- I too took it off my blog, i just check the comments regularly and in about 6 months have only removed 1 which was blatant sales pitch for enlarging you know what! hahahaha...
ReplyDeleteI agree about the word verification, it is a pain. I like your tulip.
ReplyDeleteYou are doing some of the coolest projects! I love the asterisk with the black background and that purple flower is seriously awesome!
ReplyDeleteI love your purple piece.....you have more imagination than I can even imagine...lol. it is beautiful, really
ReplyDeleteI am so looking forward to seeing your tulip all done! Looks way better than my little purple star!
ReplyDeleteI love your tulip and it's purple:)
ReplyDeleteI put Lucy's button on my blogs too as I am so sick and tired of the word verification:(
So glad to hear that the blogger robot thing is driving someone else crazy, too! I love Lucy's button!
ReplyDeleteYour tulip is so cool!
I removed my spam thingy a year ago and though I get spam comments daily, I have NEVER had one make it to my blog! AND I HATE THE NEW WORD VERIFICATION THINGY!!!!
ReplyDelete*phew*... :)
Love your fleur
Thank you!! I hate word verification and couldn't figure out how to get rid of it! Now I have, hooray!
ReplyDeleteI am amazed by your flower. I always wonder how this things are done, hope you'll post your progress.
ReplyDeleteThanks for spreading the contempt for word verification!
ReplyDeleteThe mini is looking AMAZING! Love the contrast and yet it's still so soft.
Have a wonderful trip :)
Ooh, can't wait to see that tulip blossom!
ReplyDeleteBTW, I just awarded you the Liebster award. Check out my blog to find out more!
Yay for no robots! Glad I'm not the only one who was getting a little weary of it.
ReplyDeleteAnd so glad you commented so I could discover your blog. Can't wait to see the rest of that tulip blossom. Tulips are my very most favorite flower.
Have a great weekend and happy sewing!
Beautiful work! I agree with you on the word verification! I turned mine off a long time ago and the spam seems to get caught most of the time.
